We are situated in Jubilee Hills on Road No 44. The office is at 8..2..293 82A 853..D on the first floor. It’s a well-known area, but our space is pretty down-to-earth. We spend our time developing property and managing various construction sites around Ameenpur and the surrounding regions. Being in Jubilee Hills is handy for meetings, but we spend just as much time out at the actual development sites. The work is mostly about planning, getting approvals, and then seeing the bricks and mortar go up. It’s a long process and it takes a lot of patience. Slogans or big promises we can't keep aren't our thing. We just tell people what the timeline looks like and then we try our best to stick to it. Our office is a place where we drink a lot of coffee and look at a lot of maps. There are always people coming in with questions about new developments. We try to be helpful and give straight answers. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating or there’s a shortage of materials. But we’ve been doing this for a while now and we know how to handle the ups and downs. Focusing on the current project is our main priority. Getting the buildings finished so people can move in and use them is the goal. We just keep working away at it day after day until the job is done right.
