Our office is out in Shrilanggampally, which is part of the R.R. District. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we are used to it by now. The name on the door is Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. For Us. It’s a large operation, but our specific corner of it feels pretty down-to-earth. We have a lot of computers and desks lined up. The building is functional. It’s not one of those futuristic towers you see in the movies. We just have our workstations and a break area where we drink way too much coffee. Shrilanggampally is an area that has been growing a lot lately. You can see new buildings going up all around us. Despite the big name, the day-to-day life here is just about solving problems and answering emails. We don't spend time on fancy speeches. We just log in and get to work. The R.R. District can be quite busy, especially when everyone is trying to get to their offices at the same time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and the office gets very quiet. It’s just a regular workplace where people are trying to do their jobs well. We’ve been in this location for some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit.
