Tastyspread Kitchen Private Limited

We are tucked away on the second floor over at Kaushik Society in Banjara Hills. The official address is Mch No. 8-2-684/3/K/20 on Road No. 12. It’s a busy part of the city but once you get inside the society it’s a lot quieter. Tastyspread Kitchen Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy food and wanted to make something of it. The kitchen gets really hot during the middle of the day but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time testing out different things and seeing what works. There’s always the sound of knives hitting cutting boards or the stove clicking on. We don’t have any fancy signs out front or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where we spend most of our waking hours. Getting supplies up to the second floor is probably the hardest part of the job honestly. We carry boxes up those stairs daily. The neighbors are mostly other businesses or houses so we try to keep the noise down. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Most of the time the desks are covered in notebooks and jars. We just focus on making things that we would actually want to eat ourselves. It's a lot of trial and error and messy cleanup at the end of every shift. We just stay busy and keep the kitchen running.
