F&B Manager

I’m based out of My Home Navadweepa, specifically in the Prithvi Block, apartment 203. This is right in the heart of Hitech City in Hyderabad. Being an F&B manager in this area means things never really slow down. There are always new restaurants opening and events happening nearby. I spend a lot of time on my laptop here, coordinating menus, talking to suppliers, and making sure the kitchen staff at various locations have what they need. The 500001 pin code is a bit of a misnomer for this specific spot sometimes, but that’s what the mail says. My Home Navadweepa is a nice place, but my work is mostly about the grit and grind of the food industry. I’m often dealing with late deliveries or equipment that’s decided to stop working. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. It’s more about problem-solving and making sure the food is ready on time. I’ve been in the industry for years, so I’ve seen it all. Living and working in Hitech City is convenient, even if the traffic outside the gates is a nightmare during peak hours. I don’t have a big corporate team here. It’s just me and my phone, keeping things moving. I try to stay on top of the orders and the staff issues. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s what I know how to do. If I’m not at my desk, I’m probably out at a site.
