M/S Daily Bread Gourmet Foods (I) Pvt.Ltd

We are located at Plot No 47 North in the Snehamayee Nagar area of Vanasthalipuram. It is a nice spot in Brindavanam and we have been operating out of here for a good while. Since we are dealing with gourmet foods, the place usually smells like bread and yeast early in the morning. We have a small team that comes in before the sun is even up to start the ovens and get things moving. The kitchen area takes up most of the space because we need room for the dough and the cooling racks. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It is mostly just a practical space where we can focus on the baking and the packaging. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble finding the exact plot because the streets in Vanasthalipuram can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We have some local guys who help us out with the heavy lifting and the cleaning. It gets pretty busy around mid-morning when we are trying to get everything packed and sent out to the stores. We don't spend much time sitting down during the day. It is hard work and it gets quite hot near the ovens, but we are used to it by now. We just try to get the bread out on time and make sure everything looks okay before it leaves the door.
