F&B Controlar

We are based in Nasar Heights, plot number 204. That’s in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. The business is called F&B Controlar. Since we are in the food and beverage business, things are always moving. Mehdipatnam is a loud and busy area, which we kind of like. It’s got a lot of energy. Our office is where we keep track of everything. We aren't a restaurant ourselves, more like the people behind the scenes making sure the numbers and supplies work out. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own chai. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but usually, it’s just part of the background. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the control side of things. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure things don't go to waste. Most of us have been in the food industry for a while. We know how it works. It’s a practical job. We come in, check the lists, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the accounts are right. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do. We share the floor with a few other businesses, so the hallway is always full of people who are coming and going.
