Tarun Tech Engineers

We are situated at Plot No-128/1 in Phase-II of the Ida in Cherlapally. It is a large industrial area and we are right in the thick of it. Being tech engineers, our space is full of various machines and workbenches that stay busy all day. There is always a smell of cutting oil and hot metal in the air. It’s a large shed with a tin roof, so when it rains, the noise is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think. On sunny days, it gets quite warm inside, and we have to drink a lot of water to keep going through the shift. We have a small crew of guys who know these machines inside out. We don’t have any polished floors or glass walls here. It’s a real workshop. The big workbench in the middle is where most of the planning and thinking happens. We have stacks of metal scraps in the corners and containers of bolts and screws everywhere. Cherlapally is a bit of a drive from the main city, so we usually bring our lunch and eat together in the small break area near the back. The work is technical and requires a lot of focus from everyone. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do; we just look at the drawings and make the parts. The machines are running from morning until the evening. It’s a lot of hard work and grease, but we are used to it.
