Balanagar is a pretty loud place most of the time. We are located right on Road No 2 in Madhavinagar, at Shop No 7 4 154/1. It’s an area where people are always moving and things are always being built or fixed. Our shop is where we do all our engineering work. It is not a very large space, but we have managed to fit all the tools and machinery we need over the years. Usually, the day starts with a cup of tea before we get into the heavy stuff. There is always a bit of grease on the floor and the sound of machines running in the background. It is just how it is when you work with your hands. We have been in this part of Ferozguda for a while now, so we have seen the road change quite a bit. Some of the shops nearby have come and gone, but we are still here in the same spot. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially with the metal all around us, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. People from the local workshops often stop by to borrow a tool or ask a question about a project they are stuck on. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the trade well enough to get the jobs done. It is simple work, but it keeps us on our toes every single day.
