Tardigrade Technologies is based in Sairam Colony, which is part of the Old Hafeez Pet area in Miyapur. Our address is Plot No.101, Door No.1-11-20/B. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big tech parks in Hyderabad, but we like it that way. The office is just a plain room where a few of us sit and work on various technology projects. We don't have any fancy furniture or expensive coffee machines. Mostly, we just have our computers and some basic desks that we found second-hand. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on coding or fixing bugs. We chose the name Tardigrade because those little creatures can survive almost anything, and that's how we feel about our small business. There are plenty of challenges in this industry, but we just keep pushing through them every day. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to handle sales. Usually, we just answer the phone ourselves when it rings. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, and the office gets a bit tense, but we usually figure it out over some snacks from the local shop. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to do good work and earn a decent living here in Rangareddi. It's just a regular job for us.
