We are situated in the Modern Profound Tech Park over in Kondapur. Our office is on the 2nd floor, and we use slots 202/P, 203/P, and 204/P. It’s a pretty decent sized space where we manage our building and development work. Kondapur is always growing, and being near Sy.No.12 means we’re right where a lot of the new construction is happening. Our daily routine is mostly about checking on project statuses and making sure everything is moving along. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just builders and developers. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are out in the sun at the sites. It’s a lot of hard work and it isn’t always pretty. We have a lot of experience with the local regulations and how things get done in Hyderabad. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished public image. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know our work. The office can get a bit chaotic when several projects are nearing completion at once, but we manage to keep it all together. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We aren't here to impress anyone with talk, just with the structures we put up.
