Working out of Moghal Pura in Hyderabad means you’re always around something happening. Our place, T E C, is just a local spot where we handle our business without much fuss. If you come by, you’ll see we don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace with some desks and the tools we need. We usually start early before it gets too crowded on the roads. The office is tucked away, so it stays a little cooler than the main street, which is a relief in the summer. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just keeping track of orders and talking to folks who stop in. There’s always a bit of dust because of the location, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got a small crew and we all know what our jobs are. We don’t spend time on big meetings. We just talk across the room if something needs fixing. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. Most of the people around here are doing something similar, just working hard and trying to get through the list of tasks. We like being in this part of Hyderabad because it feels real. No one is trying to show off. We just do the work and go home at the end of the day.
