S. Balamohan

My office is up on the second floor over on Dharam Karan Road in Ameerpet. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how busy the streets get around here. Finding 7-1-78/1/7d can be a little tricky the first time because of all the signs, but once you’re up the stairs, it’s a bit quieter. I’ve been working under the name S. Balamohan for quite some time now. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling the daily tasks that come our way. The desk is usually piled high with files, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything like that hanging up. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Some days are slower than others, and we might spend a lot of time on the phone or just staring at the computer screen trying to figure out a problem. The building is older, so the elevator is a bit moody, which is why most people just take the stairs anyway. It’s a decent place to work, right in the middle of everything. I like being in Ameerpet because there’s always something happening outside the window, even if it’s just the usual traffic jams and people rushing to the metro.
