T. Balaveeriah & Sons

We are located right across from Osmania Hospital in Afzalgunj. The address is 15-5-43, and it’s a place we’ve called home for many years. T. Balaveeriah & Sons has been a family-run thing for a long time. You can imagine how busy it gets around here with the hospital right there. There’s always people moving and cars honking outside. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we get our work done. We handle a lot of different things, mostly stuff that people in the trade need. It can be a bit loud during the day, but we've gotten used to the noise over the years. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still here in the same spot. People know they can find us if they need something specific. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. Our desks are usually covered in ledgers and notes. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. If you’re coming to see us, finding parking can be a challenge, so most people just walk over. We appreciate the folks who have been coming to us for decades. It feels like we’re part of the history of this part of town. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It keeps us busy and connected to the street.
