Syntro Private Limited is located at F. No. 203, Grand Villa Apartmentsmes Colony, Venkatapuram. Working out of an apartment building is a bit different from a standard office block. A home-like feel is what we actually prefer for our daily environment. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee and sometimes cook a simple lunch when time permits. The neighbors are mostly families, so keeping the noise down is important to us. Workstations are set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s cozy but definitely gets the job done. No signs are posted out front or anything like that. People who need to find us usually just call once they get to the main gate. Syntro Private Limited is a small operation. Having hundreds of employees or a fancy reception desk just isn't our reality. A few of us sit around a table with our laptops for most of the day. A lot of time is spent talking through ideas and trying to make things work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so taking the stairs is common. It’s good exercise, honestly. Venkatapuram is a decent area, not too loud but close enough to the main parts of the city. Since we've been here for a while, moving doesn't seem necessary. It’s a comfortable spot to handle business without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and work.
