Our office is at 503 Sri Residency, on Road 1B in Hafeezpet. It is part of the KPHB and Serilingampally area in Rangareddy. Synchroni Global It Solutions Private Limited is the name we went with when we started. We have got a decent view from the fifth floor, though mostly it is just other buildings and the busy road below. We do IT work, mostly for companies that need extra help with their computer systems. It is a mix of software tasks and general support. We do not have a big HR department or fancy titles for everyone. Most of us just do a bit of everything to keep things moving. The office is usually filled with the sound of humming fans and people typing on their keyboards. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the afternoon. Sometimes we stay late when a server goes down or a big deadline is looming over us. It is just part of the job in this industry. We like being in Hafeezpet because it is close to where most of us live. It makes the morning commute a lot easier than driving across the city. We are not trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to provide decent IT services and make sure our clients are satisfied with the results. We have had a few ups and downs like any business, but we are still here doing our thing every day.
