If you go up to the fourth floor of the Maheswari Parameswari Mall at Kachiguda Cross Roads, you will find us there. It is a big space because it's a food court, so there is always a lot going on. Being right by the Inox theater means we get these big waves of people every time a movie finishes. You can hear the crowd coming before you see them. We are just one of the spots people pick when they are hungry after shopping or seeing a film. Working here in Kachiguda is always loud and busy. We spend a lot of our shift just making sure the counters are wiped down and the orders are going to the right people. The mall can get really hot during the summer months despite the cooling, so we are always moving. We have different types of food depending on what people are in the mood for that day. It isn't like a quiet restaurant where you sit for hours. It is more about getting your food and finding a seat in the middle of all the noise. We have been part of this mall for a while now, and we see all sorts of people from across Hyderabad. Some days are slow when there are no new movies, but the weekends are always a bit of a scramble. We just do our jobs, serve the food, and go home once the mall closes up.
