Sympan Solutions Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 308 in Tristar Homes. We are in the Madeenaguda area, which is a busy place to be. It is a residential-style setup, which makes the whole office feel a bit more relaxed than a traditional office building downtown. We like it that way. It feels more like a home than a cubicle farm where everyone is isolated. We spend our hours working on different solutions for our clients. Sometimes we sit around the common table to discuss projects because it is just easier to talk face to face. We have got our computers set up and plenty of notebooks lying around. The neighborhood is alright, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby when we get hungry. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees or a big HR department. It is just a small, dedicated group of us. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without anyone breathing down our necks. No corporate red tape or unnecessary meetings that last for hours. We just get to work and do what needs to be done. Most days are pretty standard, but every now and then we get a really tricky problem to solve. That is when things get interesting around here. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on doing a decent job so people keep coming back.
