Swarupa Constructions Splendor LLP is tucked away in the RT APHB colony in Punjagutta. Our spot is at 6-3-712/93, Plot No.26/2. If you know Khairatabad, you know how busy it gets around here. It is an older part of the city, so things are a bit tight and the streets are narrow. We have been operating from this location for a while now. The office is small and filled with rolls of paper and old files. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad, just one that does its work properly. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or making sure the trucks arrived at the site on time. Building things is complicated and there is always something that needs fixing or a permit that got delayed. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of staff in suits. It is mostly just us in our regular clothes trying to get through the daily list of tasks. The colony is quiet enough during the day, which helps us focus when we have to do the billing. We like being in this part of town because it is central to everything. We have seen the city change a lot from our windows over the years. We just keep doing what we know how to do, which is construction. It is a basic business run by regular people who know the trade.
