Swaroop Kumar Jonathan

This is the office of Swaroop Kumar Jonathan, located at Plot No150, Apt No B2 in Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli. It’s more of a personal practice than a big company. I work out of this apartment space, which keeps things quiet and focused. Most of what happens here involves sitting down with a cup of coffee and looking at site surveys or drafting layouts for new homes. It is a one-on-one kind of setup. I don't have a team of secretaries or a lobby. If you call, you're usually talking to me directly. I’ve been in the Gachibowli area for some time and have seen how it’s grown from almost nothing to what it is now. My work is mostly helping people navigate the process of building something of their own. It involves a lot of patience, especially with all the regulations and the practicalities of construction in Hyderabad. I try to be realistic about what can be built and how long it will take. There are always some hiccups with labor or materials, but we just work through them. I don't use any fancy marketing language because the work speaks for itself once the building is done. It’s a very hands-on job and I spend a lot of time visiting sites to make sure everything is going okay. It's just me doing my best for the clients who find me.
