Our office for Swarna Bhoomi Developers is at Plot No 229 in Nagarjuna Colony. This is in the Hasthinapuram South area of Hyderabad 500070. We are located right opposite Naveena School. Because of the school, our mornings and afternoons are filled with the sounds of kids and school buses. It’s a lively atmosphere to work in. Our office is a straightforward building on the plot. We have a few tables where we spread out maps and site plans. It’s not a polished real estate office like you see in the big malls. It’s a local office for local work. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and developments in the Hasthinapuram area. The walls have a few photos of sites we are working on, but that’s about it for decoration. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by because it gets quite dusty outside with the construction around. The colony is a decent place, and we’ve become part of the community over the years. We don't use big marketing terms or have a sales team. It’s just us explaining what is available. When the school bell rings, we know it’s almost time to wrap up for the day. It’s an honest, practical way to spend our time, and we don't feel the need to make it look fancier than it is. We just focus on the plots we have.
