Swarna Bhaarat Ventures Private Limited is located over at 44, Bundar Street. It’s an old street with a lot of character, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. Our office isn't anything to write home about, to be honest. It's just a room with a few tables and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise when it's on high. We do various venture projects, mostly focused on local developments around this area. Bundar Street can be pretty crowded, especially in the mornings, so it’s always a bit of a scramble to get things moving. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really see. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get our projects finished properly and move on to the next one on the list. Sometimes we run into delays with materials, which is frustrating, but that’s just life in this industry. Most of the people working here have been with us from the very start. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. If people want to talk to us, they usually just show up at number 44. It’s a straightforward way of doing things that works for us. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and try to keep everyone updated as best we can. It’s not always perfect, but we put the effort in.
