Swaraga Homes Llp operates out of Raghava Pride on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. The house number is 8 2 603/1/27&28. If you know Banjara Hills, you know it is one of the more established parts of the city. Our office isn't anything massive, just a space inside the Raghava Pride building. We are an LLP, so we keep things pretty grounded among the partners. The name Swaraga Homes came from wanting something that felt right for the kind of houses we look at. Being on Road No. 10 means we are close to a lot of shops and cafes, which is nice for when we need a break. The traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings though. Inside, we have some desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do a lot of paperwork related to homes and property. It is steady work. Sometimes we have clients come by, but mostly we are out visiting sites or talking to contractors. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is okay, and the security guards know us by name. It is just a normal day-to-day routine for us here in Hyderabad. We like the area because it is central. There is no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of us trying to get through the to-do list every week. We usually just stick to our routine and get through the workday.
