We are based out of the Zenath Residency in Sri Nagar Colony, specifically located at Plot Number 29. It is a nice enough spot in a part of Hyderabad that still has a lot of big trees and some of the older houses left. We have been working out of this particular office for a while now. It is basically just a standard apartment that we have slowly turned into a workspace over the years. We spend our time managing various infrastructure projects and dealing with land issues. To be honest, it is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at long spreadsheets or maps. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of different employees and departments. It is just a handful of us trying to keep everything running as smoothly as we can. Sometimes the water cooler breaks or we run out of printer ink at the most inconvenient time, but we always manage to figure it out. Most of our clients are people who live in the neighborhood or have worked with us before on other things. We do not do any kind of flashy marketing or advertising. We just talk to people in plain English about what can actually be done with their land or their specific project. Sri Nagar Colony is a good home base for us because it is central enough that we can get to our various sites fairly quickly. We usually close up the office around six and head home. It is a straightforward business.
