SVS BUILDING SOLUTIONS LLP

Our office is in the Sai Sadan apartment building, Flat No. 411, right opposite Reddy Avenue in Nizampet. SVS Building Solutions LLP is a bit of a mouthful, so we just think of ourselves as the guys in the apartment office. Being in an apartment means it is a bit more relaxed than a big corporate building. We have the usual stuff like computers and printers, but there is also a kitchen where we make coffee. We are situated on Sy No 21B, 22B, and 24. Nizampet is a fast-growing area, so there is always some new building going up right next door. We focus on finding solutions for building problems, whether it is materials or how to fix a structural issue. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salesmen. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the building. Construction in Hyderabad is always a challenge with the heat and the dust. We just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the office is empty because everyone is out at a site in another part of the city. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't make promises we can't keep. It is a steady business and we like being part of the community here in the 500090 area. It feels right to be local and accessible to the folks around here.
