Svm Group

Svm Group is tucked away on Road No. 12 in the MLA Colony area of Banjara Hills. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been based here for a while and most of the locals know where we are. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or just by passing by the building. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We have some long-term staff who have been here since the start. We do a bit of everything depending on the day. Sometimes it’s meetings, other times it’s just sorting through piles of documents. Banjara Hills is a nice spot, though parking can be a real pain some days. We try to stay organized, but when things get hectic, the desks get covered in notes. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to speak to people. We just talk like normal human beings. If a customer has a question, we tell them what we know. If we don’t know, we find out. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the week. It’s a steady pace most of the time, and we try to treat every person who walks through the door with some basic respect. It's not a complicated way to live, but it's ours.
