Svas Builders Llp is located in Kukatpally, specifically at the Sony Business Complex in Prashanth Nagar. Our address is H No 5 35 169, and we take up parts 39 and 40 on the 2nd floor. Kukatpally is always buzzing with activity, and our office in the IE Prashanth Nagar area is no different. We are builders, plain and simple. We spend our time managing construction sites and making sure projects are actually moving forward. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site boots, hard hats, and stacks of papers everywhere. We don't see the point in having a super clean, sterile office when that’s not the reality of what we do. We’ve been in this complex for some time now. It’s a practical place to work from. We handle the day-to-day grind of construction, which means dealing with rain delays, labor issues, and material costs. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just build things. We are local folks who understand the ground reality of working in Hyderabad. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glory, but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We keep our operations straightforward. If we say we are going to do something, we just go out and do it. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but we are never too far from the action of the city.
