We've been at Plot No 39 in Jubilee Hills for a while now, just tucked behind the Bata showroom. People usually find us by looking for the showroom on Road No 5. Our office is in the Ho.No:8-2-293/82/A/39 building. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We mostly deal with land and building projects around the area. It started out small and we’ve just kept going. There are a few of us here every day handling the paperwork and talking to folks who come in asking about plots. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see elsewhere. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are or hearing about us from a neighbor. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when several clients show up at once, but we manage. We’ve seen Jubilee Hills change quite a bit over the years from our desk here. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs to know about a property or some development work, they just drop by. We have some tea, look at the maps, and see what can be done. It’s a regular office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and files and a lot of talk about land. We hope to stay here behind the Bata shop for a good long while because everyone knows the landmark. It's home for us.
