Sushant Green Vatika Private Limited is situated at Plot No. A-66 in Site II of Jubilee Hills, right in the Film Nagar area of Shaikpet. It is a nice part of Hyderabad to work in because there are so many trees and it feels a bit more open than the city center. Our pincode is 500096. The office itself is just a regular workspace where we handle things related to land and green spaces. We call it Green Vatika because we like the idea of open areas. Being in Film Nagar means we see a lot of activity every day with cars and people moving around for various shoots. Plot A-66 is our home base. We have maps of different sites on the walls and a few old computers that we use for the paperwork. It is not a very polished environment, but it works for us. We spend a good amount of our time out on the field checking on different plots, so the office is often quiet in the afternoons. Shaikpet has its own rhythm and we have become a part of it over the years. We handle the documentation and the ground-level stuff for our projects. It is mostly just about keeping track of the boundaries and making sure the permits are sorted out. We just do our bit and keep the business running without much fuss.
