If you're looking for us, Sunshine Designs is in Kushal Towers. It’s right there in Khairatabad, across from the Hyundai showroom, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the area. We have Flat No 42 on one of the floors. Our office is a place where we sit down and sketch out how people want their spaces to look. We aren't a big firm with a lot of suits; it’s more about the actual drawings and the practical stuff. We spend a lot of time thinking about where a window should go or how to make a small room feel a bit bigger. Hyderabad has so many different styles of buildings, and we try to work with whatever the client already has. Sometimes the ideas are simple and sometimes they take a lot of scratching our heads. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell anyone on things they don't need. It’s just about making a space work for the person living there. The traffic outside the showroom is always moving, but inside we keep things pretty quiet so we can focus. We’ve worked on a lot of different projects around Khairatabad over the years. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed. It’s just a group of us who like designing things and making them real. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, just drawing and planning.
