Sunil Estates Llp is based out of Sunil Chambers, which is located on Road No. 7 in Banjara Hills. Our office address is 8 2 542/A, and it’s a place we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. Banjara Hills is always a bit hectic with all the traffic and people moving around, but inside the chambers, things are usually a bit more settled. We handle estate matters, which involves a lot of sitting at desks and going through various documents. It’s not the kind of work that looks exciting in movies, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the fans don't quite keep the heat away during the summer months, but we manage. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of marble. It’s just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with property stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or drinking tea while we wait for paperwork to come through. It’s a very local operation and we know most of the people in the building. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. If you’re coming down Road No. 7, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved into Sunil Chambers.
