We are set up on the third floor of Block I inside the NSL Arena building in Uppal. It’s a big complex, so it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved here. The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a tech place—lots of screens, some half-empty coffee mugs, and wires running everywhere. We don't have those fancy bean bags or ping pong tables you see in movies, just regular desks and chairs where we get our coding and tech work done. The view from the third floor isn't too bad, mostly looking out over the rest of the Uppal area. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. We usually eat lunch together in the canteen downstairs or bring stuff from home. The elevators are sometimes slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their floors at the same time. We’ve been here for a few years now and the team has grown a bit, but we still feel like a small group just trying to solve technical problems. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, and sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we just want to do decent work that our clients can actually use without any fuss. It’s just us doing our thing every single day without much noise.
