Down in Anand Nagar, Ramanthpur, you’ll find us working away at Suneetha Soft Solutions. It’s a quiet enough area of Hyderabad, which helps when you need to concentrate on software. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us in a regular room with some decent computers. Most of the day is spent looking at code and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. We take our breaks together and usually talk about anything except work. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just white walls and some desks we’ve had for years. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do the work that comes in. Ramanthpur is a nice spot because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, though the commute can still be a bit of a pain during rush hour. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We keep it simple and don’t make a fuss about things. It’s just about getting the software right and making sure we can pay the bills at the end of the month. We like it this way, without all the extra noise that comes with bigger firms.
