Sumohan Projects Private Limited is located at H.No 1-3/3 in Muthangi. It’s out toward the Sangareddy side of the Hyderabad-Medak area. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, which we actually prefer. Things are a little slower here but the work is still steady. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land and building projects in this region. The office is a simple building that we’ve used for years. Most of our staff lives nearby so we know the community quite well. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We are just a group of people who know how to manage projects. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep working. We have a few old trucks and some equipment parked out back. People come by to talk about their plans and we listen. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for tea. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone. We take pride in just being consistent. The address might look long on paper but it’s easy to find once you are in Muthangi. We’ve been here for a good while and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a basic operation that does what it says it will do. Not fancy, but it is our life.
