Summit Engineers And Contractors Llp is based out of a flat in New Malakpet. We are on the second floor of H.No. 16 8 515, right in the Kaladera Colony area. It is a typical residential-style building that we have turned into our workspace. Being in Flat No. 6 means we have a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, which is fine. The neighborhood is fairly busy with families and other small businesses. We focus on contracting work, so there are always contractors coming in and out to talk about timelines. The rooms are filled with samples of materials and various tools we need for checking sites. We don't have a lot of wall space because it is mostly covered with calendars and site maps. The air conditioning hums all day in the summer. We mostly talk about concrete, steel, and labor costs over lunch. It is a very hands-on environment. No one wears a suit here. We are usually in boots and rough clothes because we just came from a site or are about to go to one. New Malakpet is a good spot for us because we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let some fresh air into the colony flat. It is a humble setup but it works for us. We stay busy with the local builds.
