You can find us at Flat 402 in Srinidhi Towers, which is located in Kimtee Colony in the Tarnaka area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty established part of the city. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops around us, which is nice when we take a break. The office for Sumith Softech is a straightforward space. We’ve got our desks arranged in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. It’s not a massive office, so things can feel a bit crowded when we have all our equipment out. We have a lot of cables running across the floor, and we’ve had to tape them down so nobody trips. The atmosphere is generally calm. We aren't the type of place with a ping-pong table or a fancy lounge. We just have a small corner with a water dispenser and some cups. Most of the day is spent looking at code or answering emails. We all know each other well, so the conversation is usually pretty casual. Sometimes we go out together for lunch at one of the local spots in Tarnaka. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular office building. We try to keep it simple and focus on what needs doing for our clients.
