Sultan Properties Private Limited is a small outfit based in Aruna Colony. Our door number is 9-4-134/46, right here in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty residential neighborhood, which suits us just fine. We spend our time helping people find places to stay or buy around this side of the city. Shaikpet has grown so much lately, and we have seen a lot of the old plots turn into big buildings. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep all the records. It gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but otherwise, it is a decent place to work. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in Aruna Colony. Handling properties is mostly about knowing who is selling and who is buying, and keeping the paperwork straight. It can be a headache when titles aren't clear, but that is part of the job. We drink tea from the stall around the corner almost every afternoon. It’s just a regular local business life. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Telangana, just handling the people who come to us. We’ve been at this 500081 address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
