Our place at Sukrisa Technologies is located in Flat 205 on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. Even though Banjara Hills sounds quite upscale, our office is just a regular flat in a building. It is a comfortable spot to spend the day. We are right in the Khairatabad area, so getting around isn't too difficult once you learn the shortcuts through the side streets. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, a bunch of computers, and some fairly comfortable chairs since we sit for long hours. The lighting isn't perfect, but we have enough windows to let some sun in during the afternoon. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that here. People come in wearing whatever is comfortable for them. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, occasionally stopping to talk about a problem someone is stuck on. There’s a small kitchen area where we keep the fridge stocked with water and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have guests over, but we usually just pull up an extra chair and make room. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, apart from the tapping of keyboards. We don't do big presentations or have fancy meetings. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the projects we’ve started. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office, which suits us.
