Sukhii Projects Llp is located in one of the busier spots in Hyderabad, right on Road Number 2 in Banjara Hills. We’re at Plot Number 59 in the Sagar Society area. If you know Banjara Hills, you know it can get pretty crowded with cars, but it’s a central place for us to be based. The zip code here is 500034. We’ve been working from this office for some time now, focusing on the various projects we have going on. It’s an LLP, so it’s a bit of a smaller, more direct way of running a business. We don't have a whole building or anything, just our space here where we meet and talk about what needs to be built. Banjara Hills has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over project timelines. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk because we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s a lot of practical management and making sure things stay on schedule. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we’re working on, and we just tell them how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Telangana, just one that does its work properly and stays honest about what is possible. It’s a simple setup but it really works for us.
