Sujip Technologies Private Limited is located at 18A Shamshiguda in Kukatpally. It’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We have our desks, our chairs, and our computers. That’s really all we need to get things done. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us busy at our screens. Kukatpally is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it. We do a lot of tech work here. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small team, and most of us have been together for a long time. We know who likes their tea with sugar and who doesn't. We don't have a human resources department or a big boss in a suit. We just have a manager who works right alongside us. It’s a flat structure, you could say. We focus on getting the work finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we try to get out at a reasonable hour. It’s a steady job in a steady place. We like the familiarity of the neighborhood and the people we work with every day.
