You can find us over at Plot Number 43 in Phase-III of Bhavana Colony. We are located in the New Bowenpally area, which is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of town, but it’s a good area for what we do. SUJAN INFRA AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a local firm that works on infrastructure and land development. We have a small office here where we keep all our records and meet with people. It’s not anything too flashy, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of the time, we are busy thinking about new sites or looking at how to develop the land we have. Developing property takes a lot of time and patience, and there are always plenty of forms to fill out and permits to get. We have a few desks and some maps on the wall to help us keep track of everything. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. People from around the colony know where we are. We don't really go for big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people knowing us or seeing what we have done in the past. We just stay focused on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure things move along steadily. It’s regular work for a regular team in Hyderabad.
