Being on the ground floor makes things a lot easier when we have people coming by to drop off documents or talk about projects. Kukatpally is a very active area and there is always something going on. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. We focus on property development and promotion. Our office isn't some high-tech space with all the latest gadgets. It’s just a plain room with some desks and chairs where we can sit down and focus. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We are just a group of people who know the local market in 500072. A lot of our time is spent out in the colony or at different project sites, so the office is mainly for the paperwork. We keep things pretty relaxed here. You won't see many people in suits. We just want to get the job done and make sure the projects are handled correctly. Sometimes the colony gets a bit crowded with cars, but it’s a good place to be. We are straightforward with the way we do things and don't feel the need to use fancy words. It’s just a local business doing its work in a busy part of Hyderabad.
