We operate out of Flat 1-A at H.No.46/A in SR Nagar. It’s basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a traditional office. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee every day. SR Nagar is a very busy area with lots of students and small businesses, so there’s always something happening outside the window. Finding a parking spot for a two-wheeler is usually a struggle, let alone a car. Our team is small, just a handful of people who have been working together for a bit. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate room; we all just sit in the main living area that we turned into a workspace. It’s a bit informal. Sometimes we work in our slippers if the weather is rainy. We handle our tech tasks as they come in, and since it’s a small place, everyone knows what everyone else is working on. There isn't much privacy, but it helps us solve problems faster because we can just shout a question across the room. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors sometimes, but you get used to it. It’s a simple, honest setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
