Our business, SUBHAMSRISAI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, is located in Kondapur. Specifically, we’re in Flat 101, Block A of the Kinnera Habit building in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. It’s a busy part of the Rangareddi area. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s a standard apartment-style office where we handle all our development business. Kondapur has changed so much in the last few years with all the IT growth, and we’ve been right here watching it from our little corner. We aren't some big, faceless corporation. We are just a local team. Most of the time, the office is a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We don’t really care about having a polished look. What matters is the work we do out on the sites. We handle various development tasks and it takes up most of our energy. Sometimes we are juggling three or four things at once, which can be a bit chaotic, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just rely on the work we’ve already done. People in the neighborhood know us. We try to keep things honest and simple. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and find a way to fix it. That’s how we’ve always operated. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but it’s our grind and we are fine with that. We just like getting things done properly.
