We've been over here at Sudheer Tapani Towers for a while now. Structural Solution Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge operation with fancy slogans, just a group of people who show up and handle the technical side of buildings. Most days involve looking at blueprints or being out on a site somewhere. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when multiple projects happen at once. We don't really have a glossy brochure. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with rolls of paper and coffee cups everywhere. People come in and out, asking about load-bearing walls or steel specs. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure things stay standing. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for clients to find us. Usually, you’ll find one of us typing away or arguing over a calculation. It's not glamorous work, but it's what we do. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone calls, we answer. If there is a problem at a site, someone goes down there to look at it. That’s pretty much the whole story. We don't spend much time on the internet or updating social media because the real work happens in the dirt or at the drafting table. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit since we set up shop here. It's a decent place to work. We just keep our heads down and get the jobs finished, even when the deadlines start getting tight.
