Being in Madhapur means we’re close to everything, but our specific corner is a bit more residential. We’ve been here for a bit, and it feels more like a home than an office most days. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have those formal morning meetings where everyone stands in a circle. We just talk while we work. The name Stic Soft came from a few different ideas we had back when we started the private limited company in Rangareddi. It’s stuck with us, for better or worse. We do a lot of electronic solutions and software stuff, but we don't like to use big words to describe it. We just solve problems. Some days are slow, and some days we’re working until the sun goes down. The building is pretty standard for Hyderabad, and the society is usually quiet during the day. We like the balance of being near the tech hub but having a place that feels a bit more grounded. It’s just a regular office where real work happens without any of the corporate fluff you see online.
