Sthothra Properties Private Limited is our small company based in the Nandagiri Hills section of Jubilee Hills. We’re located at Plot No. 93. It’s a pretty decent spot in Hyderabad, and we’ve been operating from here for a while. Our focus is mainly on local properties. We don't have a giant team or a flashy storefront. It’s mostly just us handling the daily grind of property management and development. The 500033 area keeps us on our toes because there's always something happening in Jubilee Hills. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between different plots. Our office is where we keep all the files and meet the occasional visitor. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional one where we get things done. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just tell people what we have available and what the situation is with the land. Some days the paperwork is a mountain, and other days we're out in the sun all day. We’ve learned to take the good days with the bad ones. Being in Nandagiri Hills means we are right in the thick of things. We just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs without making a fuss. It’s a straightforward business, and we like to keep it that way for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time.
