Starkware is based in Somajiguda, at 6-3-655. We are up on the fourth floor, Flat No 401. It’s a central location, which makes it easy to get to, but the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. Our office is pretty simple. It’s got white walls, some basic furniture, and a lot of computers. We do software work. It’s mostly coding and fixing things that aren't working right. We don’t have a big team. There are just a few of us, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don’t have any fancy rules. We just show up and get to it. Some days are better than others. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or talk about what’s going on in the city. We handle tech projects for various people. It’s not glamorous. It’s just a lot of typing and troubleshooting. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. We’re more likely to be seen in t-shirts than suits. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a service and try to be fair about it. The building is a bit old, so the lift is sometimes out of order, but we don't mind the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We focus on the task at hand and try to get home on time.
