Stannum It Solutions India Private Limited is situated at Plot No 36 on the first floor in Gafoor Nagar. We’re right in that area between Madhapur and Jubilee Hills, based in Survey No 8&9. It’s a busy part of the city, but once you get up to our floor, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking through their work. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing with the suits and the formal meetings. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can keep our equipment and stay organized. We’ve got a few desks and a small area where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most used thing in the office. We don’t have a lot of time for making up slogans or mission statements because we’re too busy actually doing the jobs we were hired for. It’s a straightforward way of operating. We like to think we are just regular folks who are good at what we do. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and talk about how to fix it without a lot of ceremony. It might not be the most polished way to run a business, but it’s honest and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get it done. It's how we work.
