Standard Airconditioning & Refrigeration Enginees

Out here on Street No 65 in Vidya Nagar, things can get pretty hot. That’s why we have our shop, Standard Airconditioning & Refrigeration Enginees. We spend most of our time surrounded by copper pipes, old compressors, and a lot of tools scattered across the workbenches. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, but it’s where the work gets done. There is always a faint smell of machine oil and sometimes a bit of dust from the units we’re cleaning. People in the neighborhood know where to find us. They usually walk in with a part that’s stopped working or they call us when their fridge starts making a weird noise. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a sales team. It is just a few of us who know how these machines work. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when we have too many units waiting for repair, and we have to shuffle things around to make space. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time on our hands and knees looking at motors. Vidya Nagar is a decent area, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this street. On some days, we are out at people’s houses most of the time. Other days, we are just here at the bench, fixing things one by one. We take it as it comes and try to get things back to working order without making a big fuss about it.
