Staart Buildtech Private Limited is over in KPHB Colony, specifically in Phase 13 at Indu Fortunefields. You can find us in The Annexe, Block C, on the first floor at CO 01. It’s a well-known area in Hyderabad, and being based here makes it convenient for us to manage our building and tech projects. We’ve been around for a while, focusing on the practical side of construction and building technology. It’s not always an easy business to be in, as there are always unexpected issues that crop up on a job site. We don't spend our time on fancy advertising or trying to look corporate. We’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the work is actually getting done right. Our office is a place where we can sit down with blueprints and figure out the best way to handle a project. KPHB is always growing, so there’s a lot of activity and we like being part of that energy. We have a small team of people who actually know the trade. We don't use complicated language to explain what we do; we just build things and use technology to make sure they are built well. Sometimes the schedules get tight and the stress levels go up, but we just keep at it. It’s a very grounded way of working. People usually just call us up or stop by the office when they need something done. We tell them how it is without any fluff. That’s just the way we work.
